• Consultancy & Networking Data: Information shared during 1:1 or group sessions regarding your career goals, trial history, and preferences for the purpose of making professional introductions.

• Multimedia: Highlight reels and raw footage.

• Financial Data: Payment processing via Stripe.

3. Public Visibility and Networking

• Public Profiles: By creating a Player Profile, you acknowledge that your name, athletic data, and videos are publicly accessible and searchable via third-party search engines.

• Referral Activity: As part of our consultancy, we may share your profile or specific career data directly with our network of clubs and recruiters to facilitate introductions.

• Confidentiality: Private discussions held during consultancy sessions remain confidential and are not added to your public profile unless you explicitly request their inclusion to assist in your networking.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Facilitating Introductions: To put you in contact with our professional network and relationships to help you discover playing opportunities.

• Education & Consultation: To provide 1:1 or group guidance on career development and networking strategies.

• Video Production: To edit and deliver your highlight reels.

• Service Delivery: To manage Platform memberships and fulfill service requests.

Note: Play Away Global PTY LTD is a consultancy and networking service. We do not act as a sports agent or intermediary, and we do not negotiate employment contracts on behalf of players.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose your information to:

• Professional Network: Clubs, scouts, and recruiters within our network for the purpose of making introductions.

• Technical Providers: systeme.io (hosting) and Stripe (payments).

• International Recipients: Your data will be disclosed to recipients outside of Australia as part of our global networking efforts. You acknowledge that these recipients may not be subject to the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Minors (Under 16)

If you are under 16 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Platform or engage in our Consultancy Services. We reserve the right to request proof of consent.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights

• Profile Persistence: Player Profiles may remain on the Platform indefinitely to maintain a career archive, even after a paid membership ends.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via your settings dashboard, which removes your profile from public view.

• Access & Correction: You have the right to access and correct any personal information we hold.
